At Prescription Swimming Goggles, we want you to see clearly underwater. If you are not 100% satisfied with your vision or fit, you can return your goggles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Package Your Goggles
Place the goggles in their original protective case and packaging to ensure they are not scratched or damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the lenses, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement pair within 3-5 business days.
