How do I choose the right lens power for my goggles?
We recommend choosing the 'diopter' or 'step' power that most closely matches your sphere (SPH) measurement. If you are between sizes, it is generally advised to round down to the nearest half-step to prevent eye strain underwater.
Can I have a different prescription for each eye?
Yes, many of our goggle models are available as 'custom assemblies' where you can select a different lens strength for the left and right eye to match your specific prescription requirements.
How long does shipping take for prescription orders?
Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your goggles are dispatched.
Do the lenses have anti-fog and UV protection?
Absolutely. All of our prescription swimming goggles come standard with an anti-fog coating on the interior of the lens and 100% UV protection for safe use in outdoor pools and open water.
What is your return policy if the goggles don't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the goggles are unused and in their original packaging, you can return them for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom-made high-index lenses may be subject to a restocking fee.
How should I care for my prescription goggles?
To prolong the life of the anti-fog coating, rinse your goggles in cool, fresh water after every use and let them air dry. Avoid touching or rubbing the inside of the lenses with your fingers or a towel.
